Autumn Tag 2014

I saw this tag on Jess Hayes blog and though it would be fun to do. I haven't done a tag in a while plus I haven't talked about fall a lot lately. We're really starting to get into fall lately here with the weather and the outfits everyone is wearing. So let's get to know why I love fall.

What's your favorite seasonal drink from Starbucks/Costa/Cafe Nero?
Well I don't go to Starbucks enough to have a favorite drink there but I do have a favorite drink for fall and that's french vanilla coffee. It's the only coffee I will drink and I usually get it from our cafeteria when I want to warm up.

Accessories- What do you opt for, scarves, boots, or gloves?
Boots all the way. I love wearing boots so much and am looking into getting another pair this season. Right now I have a pair of high brown ones and a pair of low black ones. In my eyes you can never have too many pairs of boots.

Music- What's your favorite music?
For fall I really like country and have been listening to it a lot more lately because that is my roommates favorite genre. I also like alternative music like Mumford and Sons. They seem to fit perfectly with fall.

Candles- What scents will you be burning this season?
I'm think of getting something like apple pie or something with cinnamon in it. We're not suppose to have candles in the dorm rooms but I'm going to be a rule breaker for this one (along with the christmas lights, extension cords, and toaster we're not suppose to have that I have) and buy a nice candle.

Perfume- What is your favorite scent for this time of ear?
I only use one perfume all year and that is Daisy by Marc Jacobs. I don't like to change scents because I want people to remember me by that one scent. Kind of like how I have one scent that reminds me of my grandma.

What do you love about autumn?
I love the holidays like halloween. My roommate and I were just talking about what we want to be for halloween and trying to find cute pair costumes. I also love thanksgiving because I get to be with my family and I am a sucker for tradition. The outfits are cute too but I;m not the biggest fan of having to wear a ton of layers around.

Favorite makeup look?
I don't change my makeup for the different seasons. I just wear mascara, a little bit of white or light pink eyeshadow, foundation, and eyeliner on special occasions. Makeup isn't a big hobby of mine so were lucky I even wear any.

What are you looking forward to most in Autumn?
I think I'm looking forward to the halloween movies, and the fun activities like pumpkin picking. I can't wait until be have those days that we get to stay in bed and watch movies with the cool air outside.

Throwback Tag

It's Thursday and I figured I would do this fun tag. Here's a little about my childhood!

1. What year were you born in?

1995

2. Do you have any pictures of yourself from when you were younger? If you do, show them.

Yes! There are more pictures of me than of my brother and sister. I would definitely show you guys some but I don't have any on my laptop :(

3. What TV shows did you grow up watching?

A lot! Rugrats, Hey Arnold!, CatDog, Chalk Zone, As Told by Ginger, Rocket Power, Amanda Show,  and so many more! I actually watch Rugrats, Hey Arnold, and CatDog when it comes on late at night. 

4. What did you want to be when you grow up and do you still want to be that?

I went from wanting to be a teacher to a doctor. Now I want to be a nurse. 

5. Show a video of yourself when you were younger.

I don't have any on my laptop :(

6. What were your favorite toys to play with?

Barbies and Babies

7. What's the most embarrassing thing that you can remember doing?

I can remember being really little, maybe 7 or 8, and I was swimming at the neighbor's house. I had to go to the bathroom but didn't want to go home so I just went on the steps. My friend told her mom and I ran home crying. I was never more embarrassed in my life. 

8. What was one thing you dressed up as for Halloween when you were younger?

God I was so many things, Cinderella, Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz, a power ranger, cheerleader, etc. 

9. Tell a funny story of something you remember happening when you were young.

I remember one time I had just my underwear on and had a toy bucket on my head. 

10. Are there any special things you've kept from when you were a child?

Just my teddy bear that still smells the same

11. What's the scariest thing you remember that happened to you when you were younger?

I can remember falling down the steps and landing on a little toy chair. I had never been in more pain.

12. How is the world now different from how it was like when you were a child?
Well, it was easy and I had no responsibilities. Technology wasn't as advanced as it is now either.

Common White Girl Tag

I saw Jamie over at Jamie's Journey Through Life do this tag and I thought it would be fun to do! No I do not think I am a "common white girl" or anyone for that matter. It's really just a stereotype. Hope you enjoy this little tag.

1. Favorite Starbucks Drink?

Believe or not I have never been to Starbucks so I don't have a favorite drink. If I had to choose just from looking at the choose I would have to say either the orange mango smoothie, cool lime Starbucks refresher, or white hot chocolate. 

2. How long does it take you to get ready in the morning?

15-20 minutes but that is just in the morning ;)

3. How many selfies do you take on a daily basis?

None. It's rare that I ever take pictures of myself

4. How many IG followers and pics do you have?

137 followers and 58 pictures

5. Do you ever say "LOL" or "OMG" out loud?

OMG maybe but not so much lol

6. Do you wear the same clothing item more than once?

 Yes I mean I am in college..

7. Are you racist? (Why is this even a question)

No 

8. How many tweets do you have?

9. Instagram, Twitter, or Tumblr?

I have all of them and like either Twitter and Tumblr the most

10. What do you spend most of your time doing?

School work, watching movies/Gossip Girl with the roomie, eating, or browsing social media

11. Who are your favorite youtubers?

I really like Shaytards, SoCraftastic, DailyBumps and a few other people

12. How often do you do your nails?

I do my toenails every time they meed to be painted because I have to have them painted. I don't really paint my fingernails

13. Are you a shopaholic?

Yes! And my roommate can testify to that

14. How many times have you watched Mean Girls?

Way to man times to count

15. Do you own a lot of clothes?

Yes a lot! So much that I am running out of room

16. Do you take pictures of your food before you eat it?

Not unless I want to show someone or I think it looks nice

17. Do you wear makeup everyday?

Only cover up, foundation, and I just started wearing mascara every day 

18. What are your average grades in school?

A's and B's

19. How do you usually style your hair?

In a ponytail or down with my bangs out

20. Do you always look presentable?

No not at all!
